What is the correct technique for trimming edges?

The ideal slope for a lawn's edge is between 20 and 40 degrees, and a powered edger is used to create this slope by slicing a thin strip of grass away from the edge of the lawn. We suggest that you cut your grass after you've trimmed your edges to prevent "crushing" the edge.

How often should you edge your lawn?

There is no standard practice for how often a lawn should be edged. Instead, the response is conditional on a number of other things.
