What Are The Benefits Of Lawn Mowing?
Many homeowners see mowing as a routine job that pops up every weekend. I hear this all the time while working across Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs. A client will point at the mower and say, “It feels like I just did this last week.” The truth is simple. Regular mowing sits at the centre […]
Why Hire An Arborist For Tree Care?
Trees bring life to a property. They provide shade during Melbourne’s hot summer afternoons, soften the look of a home or commercial building, and offer habitat for birds and insects. Yet trees are not static landscape features. They grow, adapt, suffer stress, and sometimes fail. After more than fifteen years working with residential gardens across […]
The Role Of Fertilisers In Garden Irrigation
Water keeps a garden alive. Fertilisers keep it thriving. When these two work together, plants receive exactly what they need to grow strong roots, healthy foliage, and reliable flowering. When they do not work together, the garden often struggles even if the gardener believes they are doing everything right. Over the years working in Melbourne’s […]

Must Have Maintenance have been looking after our garden in the eastern suburbs for a few years now and we’ve been really happy with them. The garden has come a long way and always looks well looked after. The gardeners are friendly, polite and seem to really know their plants, which hasn’t always been our experience with other companies. The office is also easy to deal with. If we ever need something done or changed, we just give them a call and they sort it out.Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been extremely happy with the work Must Have Maintenance has been doing on my parents’ garden in Bayside lately. The difference they’ve made to the property has been fantastic. The team are always professional, turn up on time and are genuinely lovely guys to deal with. They take pride in what they do, leave everything looking neat and tidy, and you can tell they actually care about the end result. It’s been great knowing my parents’ garden is being properly looked after by a reliable team. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would happily recommend them to anyone in the Bayside area.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Val and Archie. They have transformed the gardens at our business and also our home too. Their efficiency, attention to detail, professionalism and overall gardening skills are amazing. They also really listened to us so they knew what was important to us - rather than just going with their own plan. Highly recommend.

We selected Must have Maintenance for a project around our house. The backyard needed to be levelled, a concrete slab for a spa be poured, refresh the grass and transform the side yard from rough messy uneven gravel to something more visually appealing and stable.Adam, Mitch and the entire team did an outstanding work. They had the eye for all details, would provide options when faced with unplanned issues, worked with quality and professionalism and were all along super friendly and just so nice team to have.We could not be happier with the result. We highly recommend MHM and will trust them for any future work in our garden. See below the before and after picture for the side yard. Thank you team Must have Maintenance!

Recently, we travelled to Melbourne from the UK to deal with the estate and property of a deceased relative. In advance of arriving, we commissioned MHM to bring the very over thrown garden under control and make it presentable. Having not seen the property or worked with MHM, let alone communicating remotely, we were a little apprehensive about how things would work out. We needn't have been. The quotation they gave was detailed and explained their pricing and how they worked and this is exactly what we got.The gardeners, Emanuel and Dan were polite and engaging. They arrived on time and after a brief chat they got to work. They completed 5.5 hours of work, communicating with us regularly, giving advice and to ensure they were doing what we wanted. The end result was remarkable, they had transformed the garden! Clearly they are very knowledgeable and skilled and they had worked very hard.Thank you for a great job!Andrew and Suzanne.

I am delighted with the restoration achieved by the Must Have Maintenance team of a garden that had become overgrown and run-down. MHM undertake regular garden care, and planting of new shrubs for me.The most recent visit was a proactive step by the team, who took down a tree that they discovered on a previous visit to have a rotting trunk. They also removed some dead branches from another tree in the garden. The team worked very hard, and did a first class job. Their approach is friendly, their behavior is diligent and extremely professional. Top marks, and many thanks are in order.

What an absolutely delightful team! Everyone was so happy, professional and fast. We had a tight schedule and the team were able to accommodated. And the garden! Wow what a difference. From slightly overgrown (well the higher the tree, the more wild it was above), weeding extensively, removing some older gardening supplies, to pruning and shaping every plant in sight back to its low maintenance garden that it always was.We had our front, back and side garden done and it went from ok to basically looking like our own private park out the back.Simply outstanding! If you are looking for someone to help you, seriously give 'Must Have Maintenance' a call. Legends!

I booked their team for a day of gardening and asked them to get as much done as they could. My garden was severely overgrown and I expected them to get about 1/3 of the way through.By the end of the day they had been able to address most of the garden, bringing back all of the overgrown bushes and trees.I was so impressed and happy that my expectation had been completely blown away.I dislike gardening and am so happy I was able to get so much done for the time. I've booked them in again next month to move from cutting back to prettying up now.The two gents who did the work were polite, cheerful, hard working and willing. It was a great service (hence the review).

Had a difficulty finding a consistent gardener that would take care of our garden and always had to prompt, remind and quality control them. I came across Must have maintenance by chance and haven't looked back.We are a time poor family and the brief was a professional well kept garden and that's whats delivered every month. The best bit is the service is very pro active and if they think they can improve the garden that's what happens. It's basic, leave it to the professionals and lucky must have maintenance have the right people. Keep up the great work!

Lukas and his team came to our house last week for their first visit. The two young gents arrived on the minute and worked solidly for 3.5 hours each. In that time they did work that would have taken me 3 or 4 weekends. They hedged, mowed, trimmed and pruned and cleaned everything up and took it all away! The garden looks the best it’s ever looked and I’m looking forward to them coming back again.Highly recommend!
