We had our first visit with Must Have Maintenance this week. Wow! What a great experience this has been! Their website was informative, and the live chat option assisted in getting a booking done. The support staff have been very responsive and helpful in organising the booking and following up afterwards as well. We booked for leaf clearing and general weeding. Thanks to the friendly, efficient and hard-working team members who attended, my garden is looking the best! Must have Maintenance sets the bar higher than other gardening companies and clearly takes pride in the standard of the work done and the professionalism of the service they provide. Customer service is top notch, and you actually get to interact with a really nice team of people from the time you book to the completion of the job as requested. Good old fashioned customer service, really nice people, high standards and reasonable prices! Thank you very much ❤️

What a fantastic crew MHM have!Michael and Beau were punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were very hard-working and went above and beyond to transform my back area that was overgrown with weeds, by planting large bamboo. It now looks fantastic. I am delighted with the restoration achieved by the Must Have Maintenance team of a garden that had become overgrown and run-down. MHM undertake regular garden care, and planting of new shrubs for me.The most recent visit was a proactive step by the team, who took down a tree that they discovered on a previous visit to have a rotting trunk. They also removed some dead branches from another tree in the garden. The team worked very hard, and did a first class job. Their approach is friendly, their behavior is diligent and extremely professional. Top marks, and many thanks are in order.

What an absolutely delightful team! Everyone was so happy, professional and fast. We had a tight schedule and the team were able to accommodated.And the garden! Wow what a difference. From slightly overgrown (well the higher the tree, the more wild it was above), weeding extensively, removing some older gardening supplies, to pruning and shaping every plant in sight back to its low maintenance garden that it always was.We had our front, back and side garden done and it went from ok to basically looking like our own private park out the back.Simply outstanding! If you are looking for someone to help you, seriously give 'Must Have Maintenance' a call. Legends!

I kill plants just by looking at them, yet thanks to their outstanding work I have a front garden that looks amazing and the courtyard at the back looks so neat and tidy!! They are just the loveliest people and no request is too big or too small and nothing is an issue. I booked their team for a day of gardening and asked them to get as much done as they could.My garden was severely overgrown and I expected them to get about 1/3 of the way through.By the end of the day they had been able to address most of the garden, bringing back all of the overgrown bushes and trees.I was so impressed and happy that my expectation had been completely blown away.I dislike gardening and am so happy I was able to get so much done for the time. I've booked them in again next month to move from cutting back to prettying up now.The two gents who did the work were polite, cheerful, hard working and willing.It was a great service (hence the review).

Had a difficulty finding a consistent gardener that would take care of our garden and always had to prompt, remind and quality control them. I came across Must have maintenance by chance and haven't looked back.We are a time poor family and the brief was a professional well kept garden and that's whats delivered every month. The best bit is the service is very pro active and if they think they can improve the garden that's what happens. Lukas and his team came to our house last week for their first visit. The two young gents arrived on the minute and worked solidly for 3.5 hours each. In that time they did work that would have taken me 3 or 4 weekends. They hedged, mowed, trimmed and pruned and cleaned everything up and took it all away! The garden looks the best it’s ever looked and I’m looking forward to them coming back again.Highly recommend!

Hello! If you want to a garden to boast about, call Must Have Maintenance. They made ours look like something out of a glossy magazine. I'll never get back those years I spent weeding, edging and cursing, but at least now I can bask in the glory of Lukas and his team's finest. Major jobs, skilful feats of topiary, or just a bit of mowing - these blokes are horticultural heroes. And they're good people too - always a bonus.

Having reached an age when we find garden maintenance getting more difficult as the years roll by, it was a welcome relief to have the service of "Must Have Maintenance". The lawns and adges are well maintained, the place is always left clean. The team is well prepared to do those extra awkward heavy heavy lifting jobs - nothing seems to be problem in having the boys attend to them.Thank you - we are most appreciative .
